Schedule

• 8:00 am: Registration opens, check in to receive your bib and t-shirt

​

• Kids games and fun start and go through run/walk.
  

• 9:00 am: Kids' 1K Fun Run (for heroes age 10 and under)

 

• 9:30 am: 5K Run and 3K Walk Start

• Pancake breakfast to follow the Walk & Run

Registration Fees

You MUST register by September 14, 2018 in order to guarantee a shirt. If you  register after this date you may receive a shirt but we can't guarantee it.

5k Timed Run: $25 up to September 1st.
$30 September 1-September 27
$35 day of registration

Shirts guaranteed if registered by September 14, 2018

3K Walk: Free! Includes free shirt if you raise $150 or more.

Kids' Fun Run: $10and includes shirt.

SuperDogs Costume Contest Entry: Free!
(sidekick costume winner receives a prize)
